what else to bring: name badge, a potential new member, your newest creation to show and tell including your ABC Letter Bead challenge project, your Pizza box project if you are involved in that, FatQuarter in Orange if you want to participate in drawing, some delicious and nutritious scrumptious delights if you feel led, cash for raffle tickets for monthly gift baskets or our Opportunity Quilt “Edgy”.
what’s happening – we’ll have a presentation and trunk show by our own President Scott Griffin sharing “Traditional meets Modern” theme we’ll be focusing on this year, consider signing up for next month’s class with Linda Sullivan of Colourwerx.com. Spots are $65 for a full day instruction and workshop. Time will be Sunday, Feb 9th 10A -4P, location TBD. Our 2020 QuiltCon Charity Challenge entry will be revealed it all its glory, wait’ll you see the incredible quilting job Dena M did on it!!!
what can you do?? Consider what you want to get out of this year with VMQG as well as what you might do to make it happen. (We need some folks to step in as Opportunity Quilt Concierges to get the exposure and income we need to sustain our programs this year.)
