March 13 Charlene O’Rourke Blue 1) Hearts & birds incorporated in a project (pieced, quilted, appliquéd, embroidered, fabric choice, etc.)
2) Bring 1 (or more) WHIP that you are ready to “let go of” for a donation.  
April 10 Member demo +
sign up and break out sessions with small interest groups
Green 1) “Opposites” theme- if you work big, try working small. Love warm colors? Try cool colors. etc.
2) Choose 1 WIP (Work in Progress) to complete, and get started! Bring it to the next meeting to show your progress, (even if it doesn’t get finished.)

Teal 1) Refashion! Remake! Upcycle! Even Rethink; take a project that’s become uninteresting and change direction, Reinvent it!
2)  WIP (Work in Progress)/ UFO (Unfinished Opportunity) SWAP- bring a project to swap (either directly or anonymously)

     Stop where you are and just finish it up.                              
 
July 10 “Color It Beautiful”

 Pink 1) Creative: Change it up! This could be as simple as changing from quilting cotton to batik, or as complex as using felt, paper, or paint to create a “quilty” project
2) WIP/UFO: Choose the WIP/UFO you are either the most excited about or the one you are least excited about (but have decided that you are going to finish) and make some progress on it
August 20 Summer potluck  Yellow  1) Creative: For inspiration, use the number 7 (seven) figuratively or literally to create something in celebration of  the seventh month of the year, July. 7 Wonders of the world, 7 Sisters Quilt Pattern, . . . use your imagination.
2) WIP/UFO: Inspire us by sharing a completed project. It doesn’t matter how long it has been languishing, . . . we’ll be happy to cheer the accomplishment!
September 11 “Peaceful Stitching”

Polka Dots 1) Creative: In celebration of going back to school, let’s go modern with reading, writing, and arithmetic. Draw from school memories. Look through the eyes of a child you know who is just starting the school year. Tap in to your “inner child” for inspiration!
2) WIP/UFO: Assess your collection of WIP/UFOs and finish the one that would require the least amount of work/time to complete.
October 9  Guicy Guice Patterns in blue or purple October/November Challenge: 
Finish, and donate, 1 (or more) quilt for one, (or more of) our philanthropy partners.
November 13 Kim Brownell  Stripes   Autumn Challenge (see above)
December 11  Holiday Celebration  Brown Create a handmade gift and share it with our members at Show & Tell.
